      Raisons de la décision d"adjudication: après évaluation de tous les critères d"adjudication conformément au cahier des charges (critères de qualité et de prix), le soumissionnaire vainqueur a obtenu le nombre maximum de points par rapport aux autres offres. L’offre du soumissionnaire gagnant a convaincu surtout dans les points suivants: une démarche de mise en œuvre détaillée et claire ainsi qu"une offre financière économiquement avantageuse.
