        Raisons de la décision d"adjudication: Après évaluation de tous les critères d"adjudication conformément au cahier des charges (critères de qualité et de prix), le soumissionnaire vainqueur a obtenu le nombre maximum de points par rapport aux autres offres. L’offre du soumissionnaire gagnant a convaincu surtout dans les points suivants : - CA 1 : Capacité équilibrée de l’équipe proposée pour la mission avec des expériences thématiques et niveau d’étude requis. - CA 2 : Bonne compréhension de la mission avec une bonne illustration des priorités et enjeux pour la redevabilité. Relation avec le lot 2 clarifiée et bonne précision sur l’approche de réplicabilité. - CA 3 : Bonne organisation d’ensemble pour le mandat.

        Indication des voies de recours: Il s’agit d’un marché public conformément à l’annexe 5, ch. 1, let. d, LMP. Les décisions relatives à ces marchés ne sont pas sujettes à recours.

        L’adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité d’attribuer des mandats de suivi aux adjudicataires du présent appel d’offres dès lors qu’un changement de soumissionnaire pour des prestations destinées à remplacer, à compléter ou à accroître des prestations déjà fournies n’est pas possible pour des raisons économiques ou techniques ou entraînerait des difficultés importantes ou une augmentation substantielle des coûts.
